Analista de Logística Delivery - Cali

Hence, to ensure growing sales and market share, brands and retailers spend billions of dollars each year to send thousands of workers to complete in-store tasks like stocking shelves, fulfilling and delivering e-commerce orders, and building displays. We're looking for Logistics leaders with an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for building. This is a rare opportunity in Cali to work with a well-funded startup with exponential growth. Our founders are Harvard Business School graduates with deep consumer expertise at Walmart and P&G across Latin America, India, China and Africa and we continue building our management team to accelerate our business.

We are looking for a dynamic hands-on Delivery Logistics Analyst for Medellin with experience working under huge pressure with a rapidly growing and changing environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate deep experience in 24/7 logistics operations, passion for improving and streamlining processes and capacity to adapt and learn fast. This position requires excellent communication skills in english and Spanish, an ability to think critically and creatively, attention to detail and a team-oriented attitude. This person will report to the Delivery Leadership Team and works closely with the operations teams across Colombia. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of experience in logistics under high pressure environments.


  • Lead Cali's delivery operations and logistics
  • Operational management of assigned clients in the region 
  • Track and analyze operational KPIs of assigned clients
  • Build operational processes to improve our execution quality
  • Improve independent workers retention by understanding data and converting it into actionable insights for Product/Tech teams.
  • Communicate effectively to ensure the right level of support from multi-functional teams.
  • Create reports to manage daily operations.
  • Support ad hoc projects requested by other teams from time to time


  • 2+ years of experience in 24/7 logistics operations in a very fast paced environments
  • 1+ years of experience in user acquisition in gig workers platforms
  • Strong raw data analysis with the ability to pull numbers to drive decisions
  • Must work well in cross-functional teams and demonstrate behavior conducive to promoting strong teamwork
  • Demostrated "scrappyness": make things happen with limited resources.
  • Bias to action - looking for good enough vs perfect solutions to problems
  • Advanced English is required
